conditions, benefits, and policies affecting your employment. This HR 
Manual shall serve as a single point of reference for all employees and 
management of E-SUTRA Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Its aim is to protect the company, its clients, and its people by defining required behaviours, mandatory procedures, and clear consequences for violations. Target audience & prerequisites

• New hires, interns, contractors who have been issued a company email (example: you@e-sutra.com or you@company.e-sutra.com).

• Prerequisites: access to the company email in Outlook (desktop or mobile), the password/credentials provided by IT/support, a web browser (use Incognito/private mode for setup), and a mobile number for verification.

Hands-on training on the company CRM / PMS: logging in, daily attendance, check-in/out with location, profile setup, posting updates, managing tasks/projects in Kanban and list views, handling leads, applying leave, and raising support tickets — with best practices, troubleshooting, checklist and a knowledge quiz.

Practical training on proven time-management techniques (Eisenhower Matrix, Pomodoro, time-blocking, batching) to boost focus, prioritization, and productivity at work.
